Job Role:  Operations and Administration Coordinator focusing on the LTU contract.

How many years have you worked here: I started early March, so just over 2 months.

The best thing about working here: The culture and the people working here are great. I felt at home from day 1, which is quite special. It is very nice being welcomed the way I have been. I really enjoy having my morning coffee after cycling into work! That is always a good start to my day.

Advice for a newbie on the job: To just be yourself and to not be afraid of asking for help with anything. It is a really good culture here with people genuinely caring about all the people working for the business.

What’s your go-to lunch: I usually bring in my lunch, which is normally left overs from the dinner the night before, or from the freezer. Otherwise I go get a Banh Mi from the Vietnamese shop down the road.

Beverage of choice for your Friday knockoff: I like trying different beers, but I do not mind an IPA, Pale Ale, Sour, or something darker during the colder winter months. There are so many good breweries around and I like trying them all.

Anything else we should know about you: I am born in Norway and I have a 7 months old son with my New Zealand partner. I moved to Melbourne in 2009 and am now living in Elwood with my little family. I am looking forward to being able to meet the rest of the team properly once these restrictions are over!
